Program

The program of GI Pictures is a search for feature film, television, and web series treatments and scripts for production, in a project to be completely staffed and produced with military, veteran, and veteran family crew, actors, creative, and technical people. This is the initial mission.

Although we will accept scripts and materials on any topics, non-military stories will be most strongly considered. Military stories often take a political point of view, and GI Pictures does not want to take an editorial position with this first project. We are also planning on making non-war movies because war movies typically require a high budget and will be more difficult to fund.

You are also welcome to pitch projects in any medium, including television and web series. Nehst Studios is seeking projects in all media and may consider these projects, and their creators, for their own slate of materials. Nehst has made deals with almost forty writers and producers through its pitching portal www.pitchNEHST.com, and applicants to GI Pictures will have the same opportunity for review. You are welcome to join our database for crew, actors, and other talent by filing out an application when you click CAST / CREW.

At various times, Nehst Studios may also post specific topic requests for original material. These may be the result of client/sponsor needs.
